Sponsorship Opportunities
Climate Change AI (CCAI) is a nonprofit that empowers a global community of innovators, practitioners, and decision-makers to accelerate responsible climate action through the use of AI, by addressing critical gaps in expertise, education, coordination, and research-to-deployment infrastructure.
Since 2019, CCAI has inspired, informed, and connected thousands of stakeholders across the academic, private, and public sectors through networking and knowledge-sharing events, summer schools and other educational programs, international policy reports, and multi-million dollar global grants programs.
Core Funding
Partnership opportunities:
- Core support to further scale our activities and our professional staff, in order to improve, scale, and sustain the suite of resources, platforms, and events that CCAI provides to support both newcomers and experts in AI-for-climate.
- Support towards scaling our educational and capacity-building programs, which focus on expanding and diversifying the group of people and organizations with cross-functional skills, leadership capacity, and interdisciplinary expertise.
- Support towards filling gaps in essential infrastructure (such as funding, tools, compute, and datasets) by sponsoring our collaboration and research-to-deployment acceleration initiatives.
- Support for our thought-leadership work, which provides key recommendations for responsible and impactful climate action for actors across research, industry, philanthropy, and the public sector.
Workshops
Sponsoring the Tackling Climate Change with ML workshop series will help:
- Showcase high-impact applications of ML for climate change mitigation, adaptation and climate science
- Foster collaboration between the ML community and climate change researchers and practitioners across more than 10 application areas
- Support participation of underrepresented groups and communities in AI-for-climate
- Improve the discoverability of AI-for-climate solutions through our platforms and tools
